On 29th June, the new EU Machinery Regulation was finally published.
It is cited in the Official Journal of the European Union L 165 as Regulation (EU) 2023/1230.

The new EU Machinery Regulation will replace the current EU Machinery Directive.
It enters into force on 19th July 2023 (i.e. 20 days after citation in the OJEU) and, most importantly, its date of application is 14th January 2027.
